Shopping on Wednesday and a few thoughts on Bible Study

Shopping is a natural activity, who would really write about it? Well, add a grandmother(your own) who admits to being annoying when tired(we love her dearly even with that) and an eye appointment where they flash lights in your eyes and it's sum is, cranky teenager. I love my whole family, and new glasses will be wonderful(they pretty!), but it just gets... arugh, ya know? So anyway, we place the order for my glasses and then go looking for school supplies for my first grader brother(let us call him Noise), and trying to find a clear or mesh backpack in Wal*Mart was a flop. But we get him a bunch of stuff(a bag full, minus some socks) and then we went and both (me and Grammy)get some socks. Then I think to myself, we're in Wal*Mart, let's go see if we can find me some shoes that don't rub my feet like my other ones. So we go over there, but all the women's shoes are either black or white. So that get's me on edge. Then we go looking for pants. Now, I'm about 5'5" and have hips. Get it so the legs are right and the waist is WAY too big. Get the top part fitting right and the legs are super long on ya(or, rather, me). So that got me a bit more prickly. It wasn't to long after that that we left the store. And, so you know and don't think we had a falling out or anything, we love each other even when the claws come out.

So that was the shopping part. Here's the Bible study part, which was a few hours after the shopping and the glasses(estimated time of arrival, 26th of July). And before you continue, I am a Christian and proud of it. After Pastor JS(my youth pastor) talked about some fun stuff, we read Exodus 3:2-4 about the burning bush in the dessert with Moses. And JS said that sometimes, he felt a bit like the bush. We should stay on fire for God and not burn out. As a general overview of the service:
live your worship and show God how much he means to you. Don't let the things in your life drag you down and take away your passion and your drive because then things can get really bad.

So, yeah. General overlook of the major parts of my day. I hope that any readers enjoy these insights into this everyday life of mine. And if you don't like it, there is a simple solution. Don't read it.

  1. Ah yes, the see through backpacks. Do any purses/bags/lunchboxes have to be see through, too? I glad I don't have to deal with it. I love how you give people nicknames, "Noise" is my favorite! Haha :)
