Ok, so, quick summery of todays service: The enemy will stop you from taking a turn. Like an Oxen yoked to the plow and blinded to what lays to either side, so also will you be forced to only go in one direction. God can help you, enable you, to break free of the yoke that is in place, just ask, and be ready to turn. Don't be afraid of the turn.
Because of this, I think what I'm doing, breaking free of the routine I've set up and visiting my family, is a great thing. Just like dad had to go on a motorbike ride from California all the way be to Alabama, I need to get away from my house, my stuff, and be with my family. I need the change from home school life where everything is flexible and there are so many comforts that distract you to public school. It is going to be a challenge, but I need it. This is MY turn. This is what I have to do to make it to the next level. That is what I feel. What is your turn? Where will you find your next level? Is it out on the open road or is it in a new school? Where is the turn, the alteration you need to make?
Wait! What about the guacamole? Well... me and my family went out with some friends(of my parents) to a Mexican restaurant. And if you know my family, Noise cannot be in a reasterant next to another kid(or kid like person) or else he'll go bonkers. Yes, I believe that bonkers is a real word and it means crazy. Anyway, so I put up with Aiden being crazy until I finished my meal. Then I stood it for a few more minutes. Finaly, I took him away from the table. I was going to walk him around outside, but he stopped at the bench just inside the door. So, at first it was just Noise, but then the other child came over, and then our drummer came over. That set the little ones off again. So, I told them a story. Halfway through the first story, they all calmed down. I told two others and promised the little girl I would tell her the tangled story the next time we meet. It was fun, after I got them to sit still long enough to here it.
So, there is my Sunday. It's kinda like that every week. And if you think you'd love to switch, just think about what you would miss, and what you would have to put up with.
Lil Bit
Lil Bit, the Lord knows what he's doing in your life, and right now it seems that this change and all the new things that will come with it are for the best. I pray for you and hope you have a great time at public school, don't don't forget him in the midst of it. Love, mmcurliq <3
